From the results, customers value real-time monitoring the most, followed by remote control via mobile app, automated energy distribution, and finally, integration capabilities.

According to the poll, remote control via mobile app garnered the second most votes (24%). With the ability to control and adjust settings from anywhere, users can optimise their energy consumption and make real-time adjustments to their PV systems without being on-site. This function complements real-time monitoring, allowing customers to proactively manage and address issues with their PV systems to maintain optimal performance.
